Today I would like to clear up the biggest mistake, that people have about knee pain:

Most people believe that knee pain is caused by “wear and tear,” but this is not entirely true

This is just a lazy explanation for a very complicated and serious problem.

You are led to believe that your knees will fail after a certain number of years.

But that's simply not true.

Your knees are not consumables that will break down over time.

They are built to last a lifetime without any problems.

But there is ONE thing that can break it...

It has nothing to do with your age, weight, or “wear and tear.”

The actual cause of knee pain is a misalignment of the knee joint

This part of your knee will called patella (or kneecap).

It's like a screw that holds your knee together.

When “screwed” tightly, the kneecap ensures that the knee moves efficiently and without unnecessary strain on the joint.

It helps distribute the forces exerted on the knee joint more evenly.

This reduces the stress on the underlying bones and cartilage.

And here is the problem...

Over the years, the kneecap can become loose and out of position.

She then no longer holds the knee together.

Instead, the entire joint becomes misaligned, resulting in uneven weight and pressure distribution.

With every step you put direct strain on the cartilage.

This ultimately leads to osteoarthritis.

If your kneecap doesn't "fit" properly, every step you take puts enormous pressure on your cartilage.

And it doesn't matter how many times you've heard that you need to wear compression sleeves, do some exercises, or use other over-the-counter painkillers...

The truth is that if you don't get your kneecap back into the correct position, you will never get relief from your knee pain.

Most knee braces can actually make the situation worse because they put pressure on the entire knee joint.

This can cause the kneecap to shift even further and create an even bigger mess.

That's why I recommend my patients to stay away from these.

You will likely make the problem worse.

The only way to significantly relieve knee pain is to move the kneecap back into the correct position.

But how do you do that?

This is not possible with normal knee socks and supports because they put pressure on the entire knee joints.

As I said before, this does more harm than good.

You need a different type of brace that applies targeted pressure to the right places to bring the kneecap back into the correct position and stabilize the knee.

The only problem was that there was no such bandage.
